At MeduCity, operated by MediaTix Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality learning experiences. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Online Courses:

Refund requests for online courses must be made within 7 days of purchase, provided that no more than 20% of the course has been completed.

Digital Products (eBooks, downloadable resources):

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Workshops or Live Sessions:

Refunds for workshops or live sessions may be requested up to 48 hours before the event starts. No refund will be issued after the event has begun.

Important:

All approved refunds will be processed after deducting the 5% VAT amount from the total payment. The remaining balance will be refunded to the customer.

 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

If you have completed more than 15% of a course.

For any digital product (e.g., eBooks, PDF guides) after download or access.

If the refund request is made after the eligible time period.

In cases of misuse or violation of platform terms.

 

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

Email [care@meducity.com] and notify us at WhatsApp Messenger with your purchase details and reason for requesting a refund.

Our support team will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Transaction fees (if any) may be deducted as per payment gateway policies.

 

5. Special Circumstances

In rare situations (e.g., technical issues, duplicate payments, unauthorized transactions), please contact us immediately. We will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.
